The National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA) certifies and supports high school strength coaches across the United States. Their mission is to raise professional standards and ensure that every high school has access to a well-trained, certified strength and conditioning coach.
As their certification program grew, one part of the process began to slow everything down: essay evaluations. Instructors were spending hours manually locating, reviewing, and tracking submissions — turning a critical certification step into a bottleneck.
