The key to giving users the best product is to keep improving it always. You focus on providing them a good experience and to meet their needs. And that’s what our product updates are all about.

WISDM Ratings, Reviews, and Feedback is a one-of-a-kind plugin that’s helped fill a functionality gap in the LearnDash ecosystem. With the extension, you can give your students a chance to voice their opinions, add social proof to your courses, and increases sign-ups.

The latest update packs the needed punch to make the plugin comprehensive and to enhance its functionality multi-folds.

WISDM Ratings, Reviews, and Feedback 2.0.0

The most recent version of the Wisdm Ratings, Reviews, and Feeback offers tools to control review content and placement, and options for better search and analysis. What’s even better is that the entire plugin’s interface has got a facelift to make the UI sleeker and more modern.

You can view all under-the-hood details in the changelog but here are the highlights:

Sort and Filter Ratings

To make it easier for viewers to search for reviews, there’s an option to sort reviews (by most recent or top-rated), or to filter them by star rating.

Sorting reviews by most recent helps interested students understand how well the course is maintained and if the content is still relevant.

Filtering reviews that have low ratings can help identify course shortcomings and high ratings can tell students what makes the course stand out from its competitors.

Edit or Delete Review

It’s quite possible that students want to change the review or rating they’ve given for a particular course. It could be because their experience has changed or the course content. In this case, there’s an option to edit the content or delete the review altogether.

Decide Review Placement

When showcasing course ratings and reviews, there are three different positions where you can place student opinions – after the course, before the course content, or anywhere on the course details page with the help of a shortcode.

This option gives you the flexibility to best market your course.

The Road Ahead
