How do I enable Ratings and Reviews for a course?
Go to Course Edit Page, find Course Review and select ‘Enable Course Rating and Review’.
Can I allow Rating and Reviewing only after course completion?
Yes, on the Course Edit Page, under Course Rating, you will find a dropdown titled ‘Allow Rating and Review after’. Click on the dropdown and select ‘Course Completion’.
How can a student send feedback to a Course Author?
Hover on Course Feedback in the Dashboard, click on Course Feedback Settings. Now, enable feedback for all courses. You will also have to enable user feedback form on the Course Edit Page to enable it for the course.
Can I edit/modify my rating, review and feedback?
It is not possible to modify a rating and review it after submitting it. Also, feedback can be submitted only once.
Who receives the feedback emails?
Only the Course Author receives the feedback emails.
Where can I see all user reviews?
The Course Page on the front end.
