Do you Have a Standard Billing Rate?
Yes. We do have a standard billing rate, however, we many-a-times work with a fixed price model too, based on the project in hand.
Can You Work with a Fixed Price Model?
Yes. But we will need the details and scope of the project first.
How do You Communicate with your Partners?
We constantly exchange emails (for status updates), make Skype calls, have video conferences or calls.
How are Projects Managed?
There is a Business Development representative, and a CSM (Client-Service Manager) in-charge of a project. The progress, changes and issues are tracked, using an open source project management application- Redmine.
Will I be able to Talk to the Development Team?
Yes. At all times, we are open about the developers working on a project. You can email them directly or we can host calls for updates or discussions.
Can you incorporate Requirements during the Development Phase?
No. We prefer requirements being discussed before the project begins. Any additional requirement will be considered as a change request and will have to be scoped and billed separately.
Do you handle Maintenance Projects?
It would depend on the scope of the project, so we can only be sure if you discuss in detail the requirements of the project.
