Due to the high price of your product, the sheer complexity of its features or the customization options available, it might be difficult to set a specific price for your product. In such a scenario, you might be completely open for negotiation. But then how do interested customers contact you to initiate a bargain? Communicating via emails is time and effort intensive and can be difficult to manage.
Luckily for you, QuoteUp has an in-built negotiation system, that allows you to effectively manage and send quotes to potential customers.
View Quote Requests
QuoteUp adds a ‘Request a Quote’ button, using which interested shoppers can send you a quote request for one or multiple products. You can view all the quote requests sent under QuoteUp options in the backend.
Create and Send Quotes
For each quote request sent, you can quickly draft out a quote by editing the price and the quantity. QuoteUp then takes care of converting this draft into a Quote PDF and emailing it to the customer, when you send the quote.
Edit and Resend Quotes
When the customer receives the quote, they have the option to accept or reject it. Customers looking to drive a tough bargain might reject the quote. But worry not, QuoteUp helps you negotiate with ease.
When a quote is rejected, you can just as easily edit and send a new quote to initiate a negotiation!
Only quotes that are accepted, cannot be edited.

Wholesale buyers in your WooCommerce store are always looking for a bargain deal to close a purchase for a bulk order. QuoteUp proves to be a complete solution because it places a robust negotiation system in place, and also provides options to hide prices and the ‘Add to Cart’ button to prevent direct purchases.
