Installation Guide

1. Upon purchasing the Quiz Reporting extension, an email will be sent to the registered email id, with the download link for the plugin and a purchase receipt id. Download the plugin using the download link.
2. Go to Plugin-> Add New menu in your dashboard and click on the ‘Upload’ tab. Choose the ‘quiz-reporting-extension.zip’ file to be uploaded and click on ‘Install Now’.
3. After the plugin has installed successfully, click on the Activate Plugin link or activate the Quiz Reporting extension from your Plugins page.
4. A Quiz Reporting Extension License sub-menu will be created under Plugins menu in your dashboard. Click on this menu and enter your purchased product’s license key. Click on Activate License. If license is valid, an ‘Active’ status message will be displayed, else ‘Inactive’ will be displayed.
5. Upon entering a valid license key, and activating the license, the results export option will be added to every quiz and quiz-taker entry (at a per quiz level).

User Guide

Upon successfully installing and activating the Quiz Reporting extension plugin, a result export option will be added on a per quiz as well as per result per quiz level. To view the settings you have to go to LearnDash LMS -> Quizzes -> {Quiz} -> Statistics.

User Level Export: Response of a Particular User

To export the quiz response of a particular user, click on the ‘Export Response’ present for a particular user. The response should be downloaded as a CSV or Excel file containing user responses for each question asked in the quiz.

Quiz Level Export: Response of all Users

The Quiz level export option exports responses of all users who have attempted the quiz, and downloads the details as a CSV or Excel file.

Details Exported

When the export option is clicked, the details exported are:

The Question
The available response options
The correct answer
The user’s response
The maximum points which can be scored
The points scored by the user
The time taken to answer the question and
The question type.
For quiz level reports, the details are grouped by a per user basis.

Display Quiz Statistics at the Frontend

Add the shortcode [wdm_quiz_statistics_details] on the quiz page at the backend to display the statistics of that quiz at the frontend once the user attempts the quiz.

• Admin can view the quiz statistics of all users.
• Group Leaders can view the quiz statistics of users enrolled in his/her group.
• Other users can access their statistics only.

Only admin and Group leaders can select users from the user list. For other user roles the user role list will not be displayed.
