At WisdmLabs, we are looking for an HR executive to manage our recruitment process, right from contacting potential candidates, screening resumes, following up with shortlisted candidates, up till hiring, and administrative responsibilities.
HR Executive: Job Responsibilities
Developing a Recruitment Plan and Calendar
- Working with company management, charting out the skills and role-based workforce required on a 6 monthly/yearly basis
- Creating concise job descriptions with the help of relevant teams/individuals
- Leading the creation of the evaluation plan for every open position – screening test, question bank, interview feedback form for every candidate.
- Creating candidate evaluation record template
- Generating a pool of qualified candidates, in advance, based on the recruitment calendar
- Making maximum use of the internet for recruitment
- Posting job openings to popular job listing platforms such as Naukri
- Keeping the careers section of the company website up-to-date with latest information about all open positions
- Exploring new ways of using the internet for recruitment
- Leveraging social and professional networking sites to identify and zero-in on potential candidates
Coordinating and Implementing Campus Recruitment
- Coordinating with local Engineering, MCA and MBA colleges to set up the recruitment drive calendar
- Ensuring campus recruitment deck (presentations, evaluation sheets, answer keys, etc.) are ready before the drive
- Setting up the interview panels in coordination with internal teams for whom the drive is carried out
- Keeping the college placement team, in sync with all screenings right up to the completion of their evaluation process
Routine Responsibilities and Record Keeping
- Shortlisting and reviewing individual applications to evaluate that they meet position requirements
- Conducting pre-screening interviews
- Maintaining extensive records of all evaluated candidates
- Assisting in reference and background verification of all potential employees
- Conveying evaluation status to candidates
- Assisting in the actual evaluation and interviews of candidates
- Assisting in the creation and communication of the offer and package details to successful candidates
- Creating and sending new employee orientation packages
- Creating and maintaining individual records of all employees, including all career related documents and letters
- Participating in other special projects, as assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Humane nature
- Graduate from any stream
- Specialization/training in Human Resources would be an added advantage
