Welcome to eLumine’s Installation & User Guide. Once you read all the sections given below, you can start using eLumine with a better perspective.
We have sent you an email to your registered email id, with the download link for eLumine as well as a purchase receipt id. You have to Download the theme using the download link. eLumine will then be downloaded in a .zip file format in your system.
Now, open the dashboard of your website and go to the Appearance tab. Select ‘Themes’ and click on ‘Add New’. Now, you have to upload the .zip file of eLumine using the ‘Upload Theme’ button. Click on ‘Install Now’ and your theme will be installed in no time. As soon as eLumine is installed, you will see an ‘Activate’ option in the same page. You have to activate eLumine before using it.
Now, you have to enter the license key for eLumine. A new menu, ‘WisdmLabs License Options’ can be seen in the left hand side of your Dashboard menu. This menu is created as soon as you install and activate eLumine. Click on this menu and enter your purchased product license key. Now click on ‘Activate’. If the license is valid, an ‘Active’ status message will be displayed, else ‘Not Active’ will be displayed.
Upon entering a valid license key, and activating the license, you are now ready to use eLumine!
The Unyson framework is a prerequisite for eLumine.
eLumine uses the Unyson framework for building pages, backup as well as demo content. To use these features, you have to download and activate these extensions from Unyson Settings(by clicking on Unyson menu as seen on your Dashboard).

The Unyson Page builder is a powerful tool for building pages. There are 3 tabs for different elements for your page: Layout, Content and Media.
Select your desired number of columns for each part of your page and add as many elements as you want. You can also add a whole section and add columns inside the sections.
The Content tab contains elements like Accordion, Button, Icon Box, etc. These elements help you design a beautiful, responsive page with your desired functionality.
You can also add media like images and videos from the media elements tab.
Themes settings is divided into 4 tabs:
Here, you can set your Header, Footer, Site Logo and Favicon to any style you want.

Here, you can set your desired color scheme and add custom CSS as well.
Once you change a color, your website will look like this. Here, we changed the theme color scheme to Color 3, i.e., black.
This is the panel where you can set your contact details, address and even provide gmaps integration for the exact location of your location.

Here you can add the script tags for LMS Analytics.
You can access the customization settings for each page of your frontend by clicking on Customize on a particular page.
There are 5 tabs for different changes you want to make with the look and feel of your theme.
In the first tab, you can change the title, tagline and the icon of your website.
In the second tab, you can access the menu settings for your website. As eLumine is a responsive theme, you can have different menus for the desktop and the mobile version of your website. You can also use the Primary menu in particular pages and the Secondary menu in other pages. There is a separate mobile menu for changing the dynamics of your mobile website. Even the locations of the menus can be positioned as per your choice.
In the third tab, you can edit the widgets of your footers. There are 3 footers and you can select any number of widgets to be displayed on your website.
You can add your own CSS to the theme in the fifth tab.
You can have a page with or without a sidebar. This is how a page looks like when there is no sidebar. Remember, you can change the header as well as the banner of the website in this mode as well.

Course reviews are an important way to track your courses and their relevance. You can moderate course reviews from this page by allowing or rejecting them. If you click on a review, you can enable/disable comments and even reply to the reviews.
This is the Edit Review page. Here, you can add comments and choose to allow others to comment on a review.
To access the settings of reviews, go to the sidebar panel and click on settings under the Course Reviews tab
We have customized LearnDash LMS to provide you extra functionality. You can manage Instructors from this panel.
This is your Instructor Management Panel. You can manage payments, permissions, transactions, commissions from here.

Another nifty feature of eLumine is that you can start private forums as well as public ones. They are all accessible from this panel.

The forum discussions are displayed in the following manner.
By using groups, you can assign special permissions, have discussions, etc with specific members of your website. For instance, if you want to send a message to the students of a particular course, you can create their group and send them a message. Similarly, you can create a group of instructors and manage their permissions and give them special access. You can also assign their whole group to a particular course and so on.
To add a new group, click on “New”. This will take you to the frontend of your website where you need to complete 6 steps to successfully create a group.
eLumine is one of the few themes which incorporates the highly exciting BadgeOS. You can assign a badge to users whenever they complete a task, achievement or a milestone. The badge has to be entered manually.
To assign a badge, click on Add New
Now, you can create a badge with ease. Just enter its title, task and badge image to get started.
Next, you have to specify the Achievement Data.
With this, you have successfully created the Achievement Data for your badge.
Map Profile Fields
This feature helps you to map a particular user field, like achievements, email ids, socials handles, etc., to any of the required user profiles (instructors, students, authors, etc.)

If you are building a new website or starting afresh, you can use the demo content of eLumine to browse all its features and modify them accordingly. To access the demo content, go to ‘Tools’ in the Dashboard menu and select ‘Demo Content’.
You have two options: One for LearnDash Version 2.5.0 and up; One for below LearnDash version 2.5.0. Install your desired demo content and use it on your staging sites, etc. Do remember, the demo content requires LearnDash, WooCommerce, BuddyPress, BadgeOS and Unyson to function properly.
