Enquiry & Quote Options
Disable Quotation System
PEP comes with the two major modules:
- Enquiry Module
- Quotation Module
This setting is used to enable/ disable the quotation module of PEP. If you want to use the quotation module, then keep this setting as unchecked.
Display Enquiry or Quote button only when ‘Out of Stock’
This setting will display the enquiry or quote button for those products which are currently ‘Out of Stock’. The enquiry button would not be displayed if a product is in stock.
Multiproduct Enquiry & Quote Options
Enable Multiproduct Enquiry and Quote Request
Enable this setting, if you want to activate Multi-Product Enquiry mode on your site. PEP has two modes of making an enquiry or requesting a quote:
- Single Product Enquiry mode
- Multi-Product Enquiry mode
Single Product Enquiry mode: When this mode is enabled, a user can make an enquiry or can request a quote only for a single product at a time. When a user clicks on the enquiry button, a popup modal gets opened containing the enquiry form.
Multi-Product Enquiry mode: When this mode is enabled, a user can make an enquiry or can request a quote for the multiple products in a single enquiry. When a user clicks on the enquiry button of a product, a product is added to the enquiry cart. The user gets an enquiry form on enquiry cart page to make an enquiry for the multiple products.
PEP 6.4.0 comes with the functionality of the mini-cart (mini-enquiry-cart). When multi-product enquiry mode is enabled, you can allow PEP mini cart on your site, so the user can have a quick look at the products added in the enquiry cart. To get more information about the mini-cart, click here.

Enquiry and Quote Cart Page
This setting is used to set the page where enquiry cart and multi-product enquiry form will be displayed. When a page is set for enquiry and quote cart, the following shortcode is added to that page:

Redirect Page URL
Page Url
In this setting, you need to enter the URL of the page where the user will be redirected after he/ she successfully sends an enquiry form for the product(s).
Form Options
Alternate word for Enquiry
This setting will replace the ‘Enquiry’ word on the entire site with the provided setting value.
Button Location
There are two options for it:
- After Add to cart button
- After single product summary
After Add to cart button: If you enable this, the enquiry button would be displayed after the WooCommerce add to cart button as shown in the screenshot.
After single product summary: If you enable this, the enquiry button would be displayed at the of the single product summary. Please see the attached screenshot.
Display Enquiry Button As A Link
When you enable this setting, the enquiry button would be displayed as a link instead of a button.
Selector for Variation Id
If you are able to make an enquiry for the variable products (along with its attribute in the enquiry cart and enquiry email) appropriately, then there is no need to provide a value in this setting.

Other Options
Enable Quantity Field
When you disable the WooCommerce add to cart button for a product using the PEP product-level setting, the quantity field is not shown on the single product page. To show the quantity field on the single product page when add to cart button is disabled, you must check this setting.
